To better assist you, do let us know if you tried connecting the headset to a different USB port or a different computer.
Meanwhile, I would suggest you to try the methods below and check if it helps.
Method 1: Hardware and devices troubleshooter
Hardware troubleshooter reviews, diagnose and identifies operational or technical problems within a hardware device.
1. Press Windows key + R to open the run command.
2. Type control and press enter to open the control panel.
3. Type troubleshooting in the control panel search box and open it.
4. Click "view all" on the left pane.
5. Run the hardware and devices troubleshooter and follow the on-screen instructions.
Method 2: Uninstall USB driver
Check to see if there are any corrupted drivers under Universal Serial Bus controllers in the device manager.
1. Press Windows key + R.
2. Type rushbrookrathbone.co.uk and press enter to open device manager.
3. If the headset does not appear in the device manager, expand Universal Serial Bus controllers.
4. Check if there are any drivers with a yellow exclamation mark.
5. If so, right click on the driver> uninstall and restart the computer.
Once the computer restarts, Windows will automatically install the latest available driver.
