Nioh Save Data
October last year I bought a used ps4 along with the seller's psn account. I keep playing many games under his psn account, especially Nioh.
Today I register my own psn account and about to purchase Nioh Season Pass.
When I enter Nioh and about to load my game. I found that my save file is gone.
I revert back to the seller's psn account and my save file is still there. When I try to copy the save file to usb and later switch to my own psn account to import the save file. The system doesn't recognize those save file.
What should I do?
I spend hundred of hours playing Nioh and polish my character just to know that ps4 save data is psn locked. Holy
Is there a way to claim my save data while switching to my own psn account?

It won't work. Save data is tied to accounts. You can still access games but at this point you need to continue on the old account or start a new game. This is my understanding from what I have read and what I have tried to do with my own system and accounts. I have heard of PC software to alter this but I have no details on that.

It will be much faster this time. You will curb stomp bosses you struggled with previously. Probably do it all at a significantly lower level too.

Well, when you do replay: speed run it to the final difficulty. My first playthrough took me nearly hours to get throigh WotN (playing every single level scouring every single corner for secrets.) However, i made 5 characters. Characters I'm like, "i already did this. F it, I'm speed-running this mugg."
60 hours later I'm killing hundred eyes on WotN. Just Suppa and Catwalk your way through and dismemeber the boss
First playthrough: main missions only. 2nd-5th: no main missions until after you've beaten it.
But without breaking copyright law, you won't get your old save back (you would have to crack open the code and adjust the profile name and such and could very well end up in prison if you're caught.)
If it wasn't from a previous seller you could've called PSN and got them to upload it for you, or change passwords, or whatever but you've essentially stolen his account when you purchased his system. None will notice unless he's still using it on another system.

2 of my precious save data are Nioh and Dynasty Warriors 9. Both have + hours of gameplay. Maximize equipments and lot of achievements.
You must know how hard it is to farm Glory and Umbracite. Reforging takes a lot of thinking and chance. Maxing familiarity for inheritable skill. Farming exp Sake. Massive Marobashi grind. Transfer Attack +20 from Kote Glove to all equipments. Lastly, Tempering for best skill is the hardest of all since Quality and Fabled Umbracite are limited and kind of hard to get. Trial and error for Tempering and many more
I appreciate the idea to speed run the game but I won't do it at the moment.
Purchasing DLC using seller's psn account is out of question since there's always a chance the seller would take his account back and change the password. Not to mention that I have to reveal my bank data to purchase any psn deal via debit/credit card.

The higher quality umbracites are more common on higher difficulties.
The farming is why i speed run then the farming is non-existant until way of the nioh.
But then you only reach level before the end instead of Those last levels are a super slow farm
But there was a time i got tired of the grind. Don't feel bad about taking some time off. Sometimes, that is necessary to keep it fun.

No. I don't. I have dark souls 2 and 3, and i have bloodborne. But i don't like them. Every time i play the combat feels delayed and blocky. I usually get really irritated at the timing issues and things.
If you can attack first and still have your attack interrupted, that's just flawed. I don't play them.
I intend to one day beat them but every time i try to play i get irritated at their mechanics. I play a lot of fighting and action stuff, but the delay in those game is just ridiculous. I can't get down with that.

It's quiet funny to hear that coming from Nioh veteran. Sorry but as you already know Nioh is a Dark Soul/Bloodborne clone with it's own characteristic.
As for attack being interrupted, it happens most of the time if you equip light armor aiming for A agility with or less Toughness. Having + Toughness is a must in WotStrong and above.
I was a light armor lover(Red Demon and Iga) but since I keep dying and it frustated me a lot, I did some digging. Later, I found that Tatenashi Set offer 2%+10% bonus def as well as + Toughness even without it's helmet which I always replace with Kodama Bowl and Yasakani Magatama. With Weight Reduction at 14,9% at all armors and at the cost of B Agility, my character is almost invincible. I only need to sacrifice Stamina and 17 Strength to reach B Agility.
While doing Yokai Realm and Random Coop, I often see someone with Maria skin or any WotStrong player die while equiping Red Demon. I could tell Maria was using A Agility armor by how fast she move. They always cowering whenever we encounter Mist Yokai. 1 or 2 hit, 3 at most and they die. Lulz. While I charge at em without doing some dodging, ripping them apart uninterrupted.
Umi Bozu Water Beam is the most laughable case. My Invoker/Partner always die in one shot whenever they got hit with it. While I purposely shield them while losing only 1/3 of my Life. Lulz.
Sometimes I consider quit whenever I get tag in Umi Bozu stage since I know they will die anyway. Lulz.
