Learners are not able to open or access my mp4 videos uploaded to class. How do I remedy this? 1 Recommended Answer 1 Reply22 Upvotes
I have constant complaints from learners that they are not able to open or access my mp4 videos that I upload on Google classroom. Is there any troubleshooting that I could do to remedy this problem? Should I upload in a different format?

Hello!
Welcome to the Google for Education forum! I would recommend uploading your video using a different file format, or you can certainly upload the video to your YouTube channel. If you upload to YouTube, you can make the video unlisted, and just share the link to your students via Classroom. When you make the video unlisted, it is only viewable for people who have the link.
