How to download gif on google drive - very

Alright, so I’ve been able to download GIFs and videos in WebM format to Drive with no issues for a long time now. However, recently I have been unable to view any new files in Drive, even days after downloading them. GIFs and videos that were on my Drive before this issue started are still working, but now whenever I download a WebM file I keep seeing the message “Video is still processing”. And when I try downloading a GIF, Drive shows “Unsupported file type”.
I’ve already tried reinstalling Google Drive, removing and adding my account, hard resetting my device, downloading from different browsers, and nothing seems to fix my problem. If anyone here has any advice on how I can fix this, it’d be greatly appreciated.
