To get your free day evaluation license or to update your version of Sequencher to , follow these four easy steps.  This will provide you with the full Sanger and NGS functionality for your DNA Sequencing.  

Step 1:
Download
Sequencher

Step 2:
Download
DNA-Seq Tools

Note: GSNAP is bit only in Sequencher and later. 

Step 3:
Download
RNA-SEQ TOOLS

Note: RNA-Seq Tools are only supported on bit systems AND in Sequencher and later.

Step 4:
Download
FASTQC

Note: Java or above is required to run FastQC.  To download Java go to: rushbrookrathbone.co.uk
